The staff was accommodating, the room was fine. the location was nice, within a short walk to restaurants, bars, theaters, and Alhambra. We enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Vino at Trios, just a 4-6 minute walk from the hotel.

We stayed here for 1 night. the hotel was nice and had a great location right in the middle of Jackson. the bed was great, the room was fine and brand-new. the service was great, and they offered free wifi.

The location was marvelous and comfortable, very close to Asian restaurants, theaters, and Alhambra. All of the staff were amicable, very nice.

The room was clean and spacious, with pleasant staff and extra amenities like a mini fridge and coffee maker. The towels were soft and the bed was comfortable. The staff swiftly addressed a door issue and moved me to a new room without hassle. A great stay overall!

Everything was simply great. Truly enjoyed my stay for one night. Stayed in a clean room that was kept clean. The hotel's position was magnificent and marvelous, just off the Asian Restaurants and theaters. I was happy to find Tomomi Sushi within walking distance from the venue and served nice food.
